How long does shipping take?
We pack your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery then usually takes 4–9 business days. Costs are shown at checkout, before you pay. Shipping details
What if it's not for me?
You have 30 days to return. SWISH BRUSH must be unused and in its box. PASTE, STRIPS, GO, heads and tips can only be returned unopened, for hygiene reasons. How returns work
How does the refill plan work?
Pick the refill plan on the SWISH BRUSH page. You pay €17,95 a month for 1 SWISH PASTE and 25 floss tips; every 3rd month 2 brush heads are added. Skip or cancel any time.
How do I charge SWISH BRUSH?
With the charging cable in the box. The light on the handle shows the battery.
Is it a water flosser?
No. It is an electric flosser: a floss tip clicks onto the stem and vibrates between your teeth. The nubs on top of the tip clean your tongue.
Where do I get new floss tips?
25 come in the box. The refill plan sends 25 new ones every month.
Do I need water for SWISH GO?
No. Tear a stick, swish for 30 seconds and spit.
How often do I use SWISH STRIPS?
One treatment a day for 14 days: an upper and a lower strip, 30 minutes. They are peroxide-free (PAP).
