Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, every country in the European Union, Norway and Switzerland.

Processing

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are packed on the next business day.

Delivery time

After your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 4–9 business days, depending on where you live. We do our best to meet these times, but carriers can sometimes be delayed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on your address and order. You always see the exact costs at checkout, before you pay. Orders of US$75 or more (or the same amount in your local currency) ship free to every country we ship to.

Track your order

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number.

Refill plan

Refill plan boxes ship every month, on the day your plan renews. You get a tracking email for every box.

Duties and taxes

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. These are set by your country. If they are not shown at checkout, they are paid by the recipient.

Lost or damaged package

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@swishteeth.com with your order number. We sort it out with the carrier and make it right.

Change your address

Need to change your address? Email us as soon as possible. We can change it as long as your order has not shipped yet.
