The 3-minute routine
Brush0:00
Brush. Floss. Tongue.
1/3Brush
Click on a brush head. The handle buzzes every 30 seconds: move to the next quarter.
Cleans the front, back and top of every tooth.
2/3Floss
Click on a floss tip, switch to Floss mode and guide it between every two teeth.
Cleans the two sides a brush can't reach. That's where most cavities start.
3/3Tongue
Turn the tip around and pull the nubs over your tongue, back to front, 3 times.
Removes the coating that causes bad breath.
